our appointment was sat april the 18 i have never been treated as rude as we were that day , funny thing is i had already purchased a wedding dress there.and was there trying to get bridesmaids dresses.
1. when we got there they had our time wrong we were 30 mins earlier, and they had it as a bridal appointment, when i tried to tell them no i already have my wedding dress, they were like ok whatever.
i told them since we are already, here and drove a hour can we just look around ok then at 1030 when it was appoinment time they gave us one dreesing room so all they girls had to use it together they pulled the one dress i wanted them to try on and one other one and left my mother had to go pull all the other dresses we tried on when we decided which dress i wanted i had to go look for someone to try to get help with them, so we needed to order 3 of the dresses but it was a special occassion dress, so we got 1 order and paid for then they said they couldnt order the other 2 i could call other stores and see if they have it in stock, that they were not allowed to call other stores , which i find hard to believe that a company this big can not call another store, so for the next 1.5 me and my daughter in law stay on the phone(our phone) trying yo find these dresses and they just acted as if we were not even in he store with no luck finding them we decideded to get the ones in the store and just have them alter since we needed a 3 and they had a 5 we went to pay for them and appartently it was smoke break, 1 lady started then said ill be right back then someone else came and finally rang us up, they knew the dresses were not the right sizes no one offer to have them measure for alertaions.thank goodness a lady named katie finally came to work or i guess i would still be there ,i hope i never never have to go back and will tell everyone i can about how we were treated , and that isnt all that happened its just a highlight of that day
