We ordered matching ribbon to decorate the ballroom cake which was described as an exact match to our dress colors however when it arrived it was extremely different. (not even close).
Apparently someone sent the wrong product after photos were sent to Davids Bridal. After 4 separate communications with the corporate offices, we finally received a RTA to which was never acknowledged prompting further calls and additional frustration. To date, now six weeks later, our account has not been credited for the original incorrect product because Davids bridal representative claims they do not perform exchanges and we have to reorder the same ribbon from a different vendor of Davids Bridal which they incorrectly sent the first time at an additional cost. More calls, headaches, and aggravation.
As a side note, the mother of bride was blatantly ignored when returning to the store for another dress purchase. Update: This company now claims the credit was issued and now we have been instructed to deal with our bank to get the issue resolved? I currently have no product, no refund and no support. After spending thousands of dollars for the gowns, alterations and accessories, I would expect much better customer service from "Davids Bridal".
The wedding is quickly approaching and I am afraid I will be scrambling with a different company to resolve this ongoing problem. A traditional nicely planned celebration event has now become a nightmare.
We have purchased additional apparel from someone else and recommend you do the same. -Unhappy customer
