STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is nothing but a money hungry bunch of liars. They will charge you so much and then act like they have no idea where or what happened to your order.
Customer service is a dead end. You wait on hold for hours cause I can only expect no one actually even works there. Stores will laugh and act like your concerns are really not their problems and will hang up on you. How this place actually survived a bankruptcy and how some poor sap of a larger company bought them out is beyond me.
We need to turn away from Davids Bridal and start looking at better options. And with a new CEO who looks like a clown car full of make up ran over her face, Ill be taking my business to the pleasant and caring mom and pop store.

After countless emails and phone calls never reached the company. Just accepted the loss of the $$$ and moved on
My order did not arrive, so I sent 8 emails, I called, and I texted. They never answer the phone, emails to all listed addresses go unanswered, and texts are ignored.
Their dresses are lovely, but the company is a horror to deal with. Do not use the online version.
Go to a store so you have a contact person! Horrific customer service!

When I got my dress I will never measure at all they wanted me to dress one size too big when they knew any of 16 I asked them if I can try the 16 on that I tried on at first they were me would not let me try address on I paid a lot of money for my dress now they want to *** my dress off to me in a box halfway done halfway not done as of sowing it up they're playing games with me they're mean to me and I still have my dress after I got a month or two months ago now they gave me trouble by telling me I'm taking my dress back and put on Amazon I will take everybody to court if it happens this is my wedding dress I'm getting ready July 26th I expect my call me ASAP they were trying to me $500 to get my dress him up and everything they left the hemming the undone the sides undone I ain't took the needles out of the dress and I got my dress yet in a box from them and mail I need somebody to call me ASAP

The problem was resolved and I'm very pleased, thank you.
I payed for express delivery and my dress didn't arrive on time. I would like to be reimbursed for the delivery thank you.
Unfortunately no one has called or texted me back on this matter. I've tried calling but no one answer.

In June of 2022, I went in and purchased 2 dresses for a wedding from the Nashua, Nh location. The dresses were delivered to the shop and was awaiting my alterations appointments.
Before my appointment the wedding was called off. The store refused to give me a refund as it was over 5 days from date of purchase but they did put to amount I spent on a card to be used towards a future purchase. Today, I attempted to use the said card and was told it is no longer valid. They gave me the number to corporate who informed me the company that bought them in 2024 did not continue with the same card vendor, which basically means I lose my money which is illegal per federal law.
The Credit CARD Act protects consumers who purchase gift cards, including store and restaurant gift cards, and bank gift cards.
Gift cards cannot expire for at least five years from the date of activation. I fall within this time period.

Marisol Godinez is horrible she should not be in customer service. Does not call you back, she is supposed to be the Store Manager has the other managers do her dirty work for her.
She is so rude well actually she's a *** I will never be part of David's again because of her. I'm not saying the customer is always right but when an order gets messed up you help fix and help come up with options, not just blow it off as if it's not your problem.

I received a $200 gift card from the Murrieta, CA store 9 months ago. I tried using it this weekend and they would not honor it.
Employee explained they changed owners...and they pretty much wiped out any gift card balances. I was left with an email address to write to. Unbelievable and infuriating. I have tried for 48 hours to call their customer service number as well as their chat and neither of them work.
They leave you waiting until you get tired (hours). I would hardly call that customer service.

I haven't received my dress
The worst customer service ever
I have ordered a dress and the dress was suppose to arrive 1/25. I havent received it or saying it was shipped.
There is no tracking. Saying it is being prepared when it was suppose to be delivered on the 25th.
Ive tried several times to call, and text and have gotten no where. Im extremely frustrated and annoyed.

They never shipped out my dress
I ordered a dress online over a week ago and I still have not received it they have not even shipped it out yet I have tried to call them for going on a week now and no one will pick up so I called the stores and all I get is we cant help you because you have ordered the dress online they had no problem taking my money but to get the product I have ordered is a completely different subject I am beyond frustrated that I cant get no answers on why my dress has not shipped out so I have to choice but to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back

Dress arrived 11/6, it was due 10/30. No apologies, nothing from David's Bridal.
Now it's just the run around trying to get a refund for the unworn dress and the rush shipping that wasn't rush at all. Avoid this place at all costs.
It's been 4 business days, I don't have my dress and I never would have ordered if the site didn't state 2 business days. Customer Service has been awful and keeps telling me that if I look at the FAQs the rush shipping is 4 business days. Total bait and switch, false advertising to get you to pay more for shipping and then David's Bridal doesn't deliver. Have tried texting their chat line over and over with no resolution.
Have called twice and keep getting referred back to the FAQs.
Not a five star experience like they claim to provide. Will never buy from this place again.

I'm working in this store. More than half of the year, Kate Ivanischuk became a manager.
After that, her crown flew to the sky. She started to talk to employees in Ton and rude behaviors. She began to shift her mistakes onto the employees. When I had arguments about it, I found dress, what I sewed, with cut at the bottom.
After that Kate Ivanischuk turned on the revenge button.
She cut my work hours, I think everyone knows how to experience everything and need to pay bills.
But Kate not disturb someones problems, her pride and arrogance do not allow making team happy. She found her favorite person, who provided nor good quality in alterations, but Kate cover it.
Furthermore, she said it's ok, because it's not visible under the layers on a wedding gowns.
Dear Customers, when you are picking up your dresses, please double check of the quality on stitches and seams on your dresses. Because its your big day and you must be happy in everything!
