where is my dress.
I had a dress altered for my wedding and was supposed to pick up then the covid restrictions hit. I tried the texting option and Zoey told me that the store was doing curbside pick up.
drove to the store and no one was there. tried texting Zoey again and NO RESPONSE. Sent an email to DBcares and they said they would ship my dress to my home.
Its been a month, no dress. I emailed back to get a tracking number and NO RESPONSE Very frustrated with the poor communication and customer service.
