I made a payment on my davids bridal credit card online and they returned it for insufficient funds even though i had well over that in my checking account. The online customer service lady couldn't tell me why the funds were insufficient or was able to see anything more than what I could see online.
The result? An extra $25 fee for insufficient funds and a $15 same day phone payment. I did that to avoid a late fee. I can not pay online because of the insufficient fund tag on my account and can't pay in store.
All of this and I had the money in my account!!! All of these extra fees and they do not even know why.
Its a total scam and I am now not going to get any "extras" like shoes or my bridesmaids dresses or anything else there. Their customer service with their credit card is extremely dampering my entire experience with David's Bridal.
