The service is just not there. They are always too crowded and under staffed. If its not an high price item your basically on your own. But the worst is the alterations department.
They may do good work but their customer service is horrible and just down right rude. They had me in tears at my first fitting. Clearly they are overworked but you know what?? Don't take it out on me.
