When the automated withdrawl hit my account, there was little information. I researched what information was available, it appeared to be fraud.
I just had fraud charges resolve on my bank account. I asked the bank to hold this payment until I could verify who it was. Based on an added charge to my David's Bridal (DB) account, it turned out to be their "business". DB further prevented me to make payment over the internet, which for a deployed military member, is what I have available (and sometimes that is not the best).
I had my wife phone in a payment, they have refused that payment, and will not explain why. I tried to make a paymetn today, and was refused because the account is under my wife's name. Customer service is not the best. Also, the delivery of the wedding dress was late, and the modification was not correct causing a lot of undue stress.
I will not use this "business" for any of my other daughters.
I can never recommend this "business" to anyone. My next letter is to the BBB!
