I ordered 3 dresses, they shipped 2 of them and one of them not shipped, they suppose to charge me 150.00 USD which is 195.00 Canadian, but I got charged 354.00 Canadian dollars. I also tried to call their customer service but their wait time is longer than usual around 2 hours and still I am waiting. Avoid their online shopping

Although we had an amasing day choosing a dress for my nieces prom, we were not aware the high cost of alterations. we were told it was ok to buy a dress that did not fit because they could alter it.

when we went for our alteration appointment we were quoted £250.00 £130.00 more than what we paid for the dress. we absolutly cannot afford to pay that. When i phoned to see if we could return the dress and perhaps order the correct size or even choose something eise, i was told we have gone past the 7 days return policy and that we should look for alternative establishment to alter the dress. when i ask to speak to the manager i was given the run around. i would never ever recomend this company to anyone.

7 day return policy should be plastered everywhere!

7 days to return a dress is CRAZY!!! Had I known that their policy was that I would have never bought anything from them!

Now Im stuck with a $200 dress because I seen it 2 1/2 days late. Poor customer service and even worse in store service!

A sales manager even pretended to be the store manager until I asked for more information that she could not answer! Do not shop there!!!

I shopped in store, not online. My experience was horrible.

Customer service sucked. And the return policy said 30 days but that turned out to be if you order online.

Although the gift card made a great gift to my sister who recently got engaged I’d still never shop there again due to their return policy and poor customer service. Thanks for your input though.

Store in Dartmouth a hot mess! Should have been told I was hired as seasonal only and I was used-crazy interview the manger kept me for an hour for interview!

No proper training was thrown in and reprimanded for mistakes in front of customers and staff but I had no training or familiarity with the store or items in the store then got overbooked with 2 appointments at a time!

One appointment was with 7 bridesmaids and they expected me to service all 7 forks and measurements in an hour and service a flower girl appointment at the same time and I was told by the store manager I had to get measurements on a flower girl? (Bust, waist and hips) manager kept me over an hour and a half after closing to clean and straighten and had let all other staff leave the store a mess

I bought a dress with a manufacturer defect. Was promised it would be replaced for free (zipper) and paid extra to have it steamed.

Was told by manager I would get a call within 48 hours and it would be ready. Got to the store today after no call as promised, and found the dress with the same zipper and wrinkles that it had two days prior but was given to me by the store manager as ready. I returned it and got a refund but the refund was not immediately replaced. Had to find another dress without any help and dug through dress after dress that remained fully priced yet had food and other general stains, and/or dresses with runs in the fabric, missing sequins etc.

Terrible selection, no apology and when I asked for the general manager or corporate info, I was told by the store manager that it is illegal to give me that info!!!!! Will never return to this ghetto branch and probably wont buy from any other branch anymore. Definitely not the Davids bridal that I bought my wedding parties gear from!

Immensely disappointed!!!! Dont waste your time!

My refund

My refund took a month and a half to get back and that's after the 1st refund never came. I called corporate, which threatened to hang up because I was upset. I called the store numerous times. It was just frustrating. They need to change refund policies. I paid cash in Sacramento and was deducted money because I got my refund in Chico.AngryAngryAngry

Not happy at all

I went there to get a dress for my brothers wedding and they ordered the wrong size then wound up having to get another dress which was to long and no time to get fixed and they ripped us off on our shipping we paid on other dress never ever using them again. Also messed up the brides dress as well . Just not a good place to shop for stuff. Bad bad experince

I called to ask them why they let a man in the dressing room with a phone while my underage daughter was getting fitted and never even asked me if I would be comfortable. They said they would fix it. But one of my co--workers went in this weekend. There was a man again in the dressing room with cell phones allowed . How do we know they're not there to take pictures. Im really considering to sue them

Bought dress online and was under the impression the dress was en route after checking in with zoey via text only to find out a few days before the expected delivery the dress was no longer available and they would not be providing me with a dress I was told was en route to be delivered. Was not charged for the dress according to the email, but thats not what my bank account shows. Will never buy from Davids Bridal online again. Dont do it! Go to the store in person if you dont have better options. My event is in a week, crossing my fingers I can find something better than what I was expecting to get from this place. Dont bother emailing a response to their email. It wont go through and theres virtually no other means to get a hold of them except through zoey whose not a live person or via phone and they dont answer.

Review of an outstanding employee

My daughter recently went shopping for a wedding dress. Esther from the Richfield, MN shop assisted us. While we went shopping for glitz, we thought it was going to be in a dress, instead the real glitz was Esther. She was definitely spread thin but she handled it like a pro. Actually most people, even well trained would not have handled the pressure as well. I hope you will appreciate her as much as we did. She made a stressful situation for us so enjoyable.
