It took 3 attemps by David's Bridal to print my wedding programs WITHOUT A TYPO!! They tried to make me pay for the programs with errors that were their fault. The first set mailed which I was shorted 25 programs read Unity Candle Ceremony. The church I was married in is over 100 years old & does NOT allow candles. I was just a my local David's Bridal today and I can tell you it wasn't even 10 minutes and I was beyond frustrated. They want you to select your favorites on the site so that way when you get there they could pull it up. Well for some odd reason or another they couldn't pull it up. Our daughter lives out of state and flew in to go wedding dress shopping. We chose David's Bridal because there is also one in the state where she lives and we thought this would be convenient if there had to be any alterations done. I went there against my better judgement after reading so many negative reviews about David's Bridal. The lady helping us, Morgan, was very friendly and patient. Purchased my daughter wedding dress last summer. The consultant told us that alterations where included with the purchase of the dress, so being that she was only 4months pregnant and the wedding was for April 2016, she talked us into getting a bigger dress! I went online to follow the instructions to return shoes. It states you will get emails a MRA number- needless to say I never got the MRA emailed to me. After waiting a few days to see if the email would come I tried again. Finally, I contact their customer service line - rep was so rude, stating that it was past the 14 day time frame. Had the worst experience trying on dresses today. Very poor customer service. I was told I had 1 1/2 hours with a representative. Within that time I was given 3 dirty disgusting dresses to try on. I'm a size 10 and was given size 24 to try on. These white dresses we're so dirty they we're brown and the smell was horrific. My person was hardly ever around to help so I started to get my own dresses. I was so upset I had a panic attack and left.... Read more

So, I bought a dress back in December. I wasn't too crazy about it, but I got it because it was the "last one in stock". They had to order it online anyways. Apparently, I got a bargain and the dress cost $800. The next day, I looked it up online and it was actually $700. So they just stole a hundred dollars from me. I had a dress appointment in March and surprisingly found a dress that I loved. Bought and paid for the dress in full on the same day. We arrived at David's bridal in Murfreesboro tn with a little first grade girl with dreams of finding a beautiful flower girl dress. A male waited on us and took us to the flower girl dresses. We asked if she could try one on for size, in which he looked down and said to our little girl "babies are usually flower girls, we have nothing her size." Terrible terrible terrible! Their return policy is "we do not accept returns at all- ever- for any reason". That is the return policy. Don't have a dress in the store for you to try on? Tough luck- order it on line. Doesn't fit? Tough luck again- not their problem. Very consumer unfriendly. Add comment
